The Washington State Retired Deputy Sheriffs and Police Officers Association is a statewide organization. They accept membership from any retired deputy sheriff or police officer.
They have a monthly newsletter, the Hot Sheet, covering a wide varity of issues. There is generally some LEOFF 1 information in their newsletter.
